Shipping policy

1. Processing & delivery time

Once your order and payment are received, we process it and ship as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 6-9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Canada.

We ship with Canada Post. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

4. Delivery area

We currently ship within Canada only. For questions about delivery to other regions, reach out at info@decocanada.com.

5. Not home?

If you're not home at delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice and hold your parcel at a nearby post office or attempt redelivery. You'll be updated through your tracking link.

6. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@decocanada.com. We'll sort it out together with Canada Post. Please keep the packaging in case it's needed for a claim.
