Refund policy

1. 30-day returns

Not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

2. Return conditions

A return is accepted when all of the following are met:

• ✓ Items are unworn and undamaged
• ✓ Items are in their original packaging with any tags still attached
• ✓ The return is requested within 30 days of delivery

Start your return by emailing info@decocanada.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days with instructions.

3. Exception: earrings

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and the seal is intact. Once the seal is broken, earrings can no longer be returned.

4. Damaged or wrong item

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 14 days at info@decocanada.com with a description and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or the error is ours. In that case, we cover the return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation by email.
